Q: How do I get started? / Can I view the rates or closing costs in my scenario before I apply?

Q: What documents do I need to have ready to receive a loan approval?

Q: What happens after I apply?

A: Your application will be assigned to a Loan Officer for review. They'll review it and request the required documents for a decision. Upon approval, you'll be headed toward processing, closing and FUNding!

Q: What is LGE's current turn-around time from application to closing?

A: Fast-track applications (those that are completed online with consent to electronic disclosures) are currently closing in about 40-50 days on average; the sooner you apply and respond to our requests, the sooner you can be enjoying your new LGE Mortgage loan!
